From the M11: Exit at junction 8 and take the A1250 towards Bishops Stortford town centre. Follow signs to Southmill Road and then Millside Industrial Estate. Apex Gym is in Units 7-8 with free parking on the estate.

Arriva and First services run to Bishops Stortford bus station on Station Road. The 386 or 351 bus runs towards Southmill Road, or it is approximately 15 minutes walk from the train station via South Street.

Our clinic is inside Apex Gym. You do not need a gym membership. Sign in at the gym reception desk and ask for Physiowork.
