MSc, Bsc, MCSP • Senior Physiotherapist

I am a Physiotherapist registered with the HCPC and a member of the CSP, with extensive experience in musculoskeletal (MSK) and sports injury rehabilitation. Since qualifying in 2019, I have worked across hospital, private practice, and primary care settings. I currently practise as a First Contact Physiotherapist within GP practices and as a Senior MSK Physiotherapist in private clinical settings.

I hold an MSc in Sport and Exercise Rehabilitation and I am currently pursuing a second MSc in Advanced MSK Assessment and Practice as part of my journey towards becoming an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist. I am also qualified in soft tissue and joint injections, which allows me to provide a comprehensive approach to MSK management.

I have a strong interest in diagnosing complex MSK conditions and I am passionate about combining hands-on manual therapy with evidence-based rehabilitation programmes tailored to each individual. My aim is to help patients reduce pain, restore function, and return to their daily activities, work, and sport safely and confidently.
