Aashik’s physiotherapy journey began with a Bachelor’s degree from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences in Bangalore, India. He then gained clinical experience working at a private clinic in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Aashik completed his Master of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Central Lancashire. His particular interest is treating musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and sports injuries.

Aashik is experienced in manual therapy, joint mobilization, taping, and exercise prescription to manage various cases. He prioritises identifying the root cause of each patient’s condition and develops personalised treatment plans that empower patients to address their issues and manage their own health.
